We use the Business and Lean Canvas Model with you and iterate through customer validation steps till figuring out the problems that needs to be solved, its unique value propositions and a narrowed market segments to reach your first customers.

Value Proposition Canvas Model
We use the Value Proposition Canvas Model with you to find your product value proposition, finding out why your customer should buy your product. Your value proposition is the moment of truth between business strategy and brand strategy.
It fits in the Business/Lean Canvas Model Customer Segments and Unique Value proposition.
Minimal Viable Product (MVP)
Once you have figured out the problem that need to be solved, its value proposition, its market segments, key metrics, channels, cost and revenue stream, we will work in defining a minimum viable product (MVP) to begin the process of learning as quickly as possible. Once the MVP is established, you will be able to work on tuning it based on customer feedback.
This approach minimizes the risk of uncertainty and effort to build a product that customers want and will pay for without you to spend months waiting for a product beta launch to change the enterprise direction.
